At just 6 months old Addilyn was diagnosed with Krabbe Disease. This rare genetic disorder is extremely painful and Addilyn is on pain medication around the clock. Addilyn requires lots of special care each day. Watching her mom care for her was so very heart warming! Every need that Addilyn had during our session was met immediately and with such care! I would say that Addilyn is very blessed to have such a wonderful mom, but I know that her mom would say that SHE is the one who is blessed!

A Mother's love is something
that no on can explain,
It is made of deep devotion
and of sacrifice and pain,
It is endless and unselfish
and enduring come what may
For nothing can destroy it

It is patient and forgiving
when all others are forsaking,
And it never fails or falters
even though the heart is breaking . . .
It believes beyond believing
when the world around condemns,

It is far beyond defining,
it defies all explanation,
And it still remains a secret
like the mysteries of creation . . .
A many splendored miracle
man cannot understand
